Welcome to 360Reach! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform. By signing up and using 360Reach, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Usage

You must be 16 years or older to use 360Reach.
You may create multiple paid accounts, but creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials is strictly prohibited. Users found doing so will be permanently banned and forfeit any active subscriptions without a refund.
You cannot share your account with others. Each account is for individual use only.
You may resell data collected using 360Reach only in a legal manner. Any misuse or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use 360Reach for:

Spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
Scraping or reselling data in violation of laws.

If you are found engaging in any of the above, your account will be permanently banned, and you will lose your subscription immediately with no refund.

3. Payments, Refunds & Subscription Handling

No refunds are offered for purchases or subscriptions.
If a user does not receive credits due to a technical error, they may contact support for assistance or a refund.
If a payment fails, the system will retry. If the payment does not succeed, your subscription will be temporarily paused, and you will lose access until payment is completed.

4. Account Termination & Appeals

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion if users violate these Terms.
If your account is suspended or banned, you may appeal by emailing support@360reach.io.
When an account is terminated, all associated data will be deleted after 7 days.

5. Scraping Limits & AI Data Accuracy

Users may scrape as much data as their credits allow.
AI-generated summaries are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Users are solely responsible for how they use scraped data. 360Reach does not assume any legal responsibility for the usage of scraped information.

6. Legal Compliance & Responsibilities

If users utilize 360Reach for business purposes, they are responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or any other applicable data laws.
360Reach does not take responsibility for how users use the scraped data, but we do not condone any illegal activity.

7. Upgrades & Downgrades

Users can manage their subscription and upgrade/downgrade plans as follows:

Upgrading

Users can upgrade their plan through the /settings/upgrade page.
When upgrading:

A new Stripe checkout session is created.
If the user has an existing subscription, it is marked for cancellation at the period end.
The new subscription starts immediately upon successful payment.
Credits are updated based on the new plan.
The user's plan type is updated in the database.

Downgrading

Users can manage their subscription through the Stripe billing portal.
When downgrading:

The current subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
The new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
Credits are adjusted accordingly when the new plan starts.

8. Liability & Service Availability

360Reach does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of scraped or AI-processed data.
If downtime exceeds one day, additional credits may be added to active subscriptions as compensation.
360Reach limits liability for any downtime, errors, or data loss.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UK law.
Users must contact support first to resolve any disputes.
By using 360Reach, you agree not to take legal action against us for data loss, misuse of data, or any legal action taken against you for using the software.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We may change these Terms at any time, but users will be notified via email.
When logging in after a Terms update, users must agree to the new Terms before continuing to use the service.
